Brian Brown

Brian Brown oversees all SPS operations. “We're incredibly selective about our managers and crews,” says Brian. “Quality work starts with quality people.” Prior to joining SPS in 1996, Brian was a senior manager with a major North American residential services corporation. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario.

Thomas Daniel

Thomas Daniel joined SPS after serving as an officer in the U.S. Army and more than 15 years in the construction industry. Now he uses his multi-million dollar project management experience to help SPS clients make the correct long-term decisions for their properties. “Every capital improvement project starts with careful listening and a sound strategy,” says Thomas. “Part of doing the job right means creating and implementing a project plan that delivers the right combination of savings and value.” Thomas holds a degree in Business Administration from The Citadel.

Chuck Huntley believes in delivering on promises — a key reason behind his decision to join SPS in 1999. “It's rare to find a contractor with such a focus on service and the resources to support that mission,” he says. Chuck holds a degree in Business Management from St. Michael’s College in Vermont.

Brian Mangual joined SPS in 2004 after four years as a captain in the U.S. Army and leadership positions at General Mills and Georgia Pacific. At SPS, Brian’s crews perform a complete range of services, from roofing, siding and exterior painting to full-scale interior renovations. “You have to stay sharp at SPS,” says Brian. “We're always looking for new ways to improve quality and productivity.” Brian holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont School of Business.

Doug Miller got hooked on construction at age 10 while helping his father rebuild the foundation on the family cottage. Today, Doug puts his enthusiasm for doing the job right to work for SPS clients. “It’s exciting to be part of a team that values excellence,” says Miller. “At SPS, there’s no such thing as good enough.” Doug holds a degree in Economics from Harvard University.

Rob Monti

Rob Monti joined SPS in 1998 with a reputation for building strong client relationships and an eye for detail. “You just won't find a contractor who will work harder to make their clients happy,” he says. Before signing on with SPS, Rob worked in sales for a Fortune 500 company. He has a degree in Marketing from Providence College.

Since joining SPS in 1990, Jeff Pike has worn many hats over the years, including the Business Manager position he’s held for the last several. “Loyalty is hard to find in construction,” says Jeff, “but it's typical here. SPS is managed for growth and stability and we want our people to grow and succeed with us.”

Fred Schernecker started SPS in 1987 with a simple organizational blueprint: SPS's growth and success would be a direct function of the growth and success of the people who work the business. “SPS is a high performance company that values teamwork and individual effort,” says Fred. “Everyone here works to a higher standard.” Fred is an active member of Community Association Institute — New England and a long-time contributor to Condo Media magazine. Fred holds a degree in Economics from Harvard University.

Jon Shampine found his calling in construction at age 11, when he caught on digging ditches and filling holes at worksites for a family friend. Today his projects are on a considerably larger scale. “Our clients know that everyone at SPS works to a higher standard,” says Jon, who joined SPS in 1996. “When we take on a job, you can count on us to do it right.”

David Sullivan joined SPS in 2007 as a Business Manager with 25 years of residential construction experience under his tool belt. “Thorough planning and goal setting allows SPS to produce high quality work in a timely fashion,” he says, “even for large projects that require multiple trades.” David holds a degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo College in Florida.

Since joining SPS in 2005, Jeremy Winters has run crews specializing in painting and light carpentry. But Jeremy believes it's his job to provide much more than labor and materials. “Every association has different concerns,” he says. “That's what I enjoy most — delivering as promised and making life easier for property managers, trustees, and homeowners.”
